
NONDISCRIMINATION ADMISSION POLICY

In accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and its implementing regulation Grandview Heights will not, directly or through contractual arrangements, discriminate on the basis of race, color or national origin in its admissions or its provision of services and benefits, including assignments or transfers or referrals to or from the agency/ Grandview Heights. Staff privileges (if appropriate) are granted without regard to race, color or national origin.
In accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and its implementing regulation, Grandview Heights will not, directly or through contractual arrangements, discriminate on the basis of handicap in admissions, access, treatment or employment. Tom Hoskins has been designated as the coordinator for the implementation of this policy.
In accordance with the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 and its implementing regulation Grandview Heights will not, directly or through contractual or other arrangements, discriminate on the basis of age in the provision of services, unless age is a factor necessary to the normal operation or the achievement of any statutory objective.
Hi all!
I am excited to announce that none of our current resident population are considered positive for COVID-19 any longer! Come tomorrow, we can go back to our regular masks vs the N95 masks/goggles! It has been a pleasure to watch our residents & staff interact as a group again for dining & activities.
